Ticketing
Q: Are children allowed?
A: Premium GA, VIP and VVIP are 18+. GA is all ages and tickets are available at synthony.com. Children under 2 are free and 3-17 are discounted. Children 17yrs and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Q: Are you accessible?
A: Yes! For information about accessibility tickets – email support@flicket.co.nz Accessibility parking is also available – email synthony@synthony.com
Q: How do I upgrade my ticket?
A: You can no longer upgrade your ticket through the resale website.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?
A: A maximum of 40 tickets can be purchased in one transaction. If you would like to purchase a larger group of tickets, please email synthony@synthony.com and the team will be able to assist you.
Q: Can I buy my ticket on arrival?
A: If tickets are not sold out prior, they will be available to be purchased at the Event, via a QR code, however we would recommend getting your tickets in advance so that you don't miss out.
Q: I have not received my ticket confirmation yet.
A: Please contact support@flicket.co.nz and they will be able to check your email and resend your ticket confirmation.
Q: What kind of tickets are available?
A: General Admission including children’s tickets, Premium GA, VIP and VVIP tickets are all available. General Admission tickets are All Ages. Premium GA, VIP and VVIP tickets are R18.

SYNTHONY VIP Garden New and improved with an expanded layout, that includes more food, beverage and luxury bathroom facilities, plus now capped at fewer guests than the previous event – so get in quick! The ultimate luxury event experience.
The SYNTHONY VIP Garden and marquees have prime views onto the main stage and access includes a premium ticket with the following further inclusions and a few surprises.

VVIP is the best positioned marquee and hosting area. Getting to/from the event
Q: Is there parking?
A: There is no parking available onsite and many road closures around the Auckland Domain, so we recommend ride-share services or public transport.
Q: What accessibility parking is available?
A: Please email synthony@synthony.com to book one of our limited accessibility carparks.
Q: Best way to Travel?
A: There is no onsite parking. We recommend catching public transport or organizing a rideshare. Travel on selected AT services is included in your ticket.
Q: Where is the pick up / drop off point?
A: Our designated rideshare drop off point is on Carlton Gore Road.
Q: Will there be bus services?

Q: Is there a map of the festival?
A: Yes, see below map of the festival. Everything is within close proximity. Expect premium fetival offering at Mānuka Phuel SYNTHONY Festival
Q: When do you stop letting people in the event?
A: While gates will remain open for the duration of the Event, we do recommend arriving early to avoid queues and to ensure you get the best spot in front of the stage.
Q: Are we allowed to leave the event and re-enter?
A: No pass outs will be allowed.
Q: What should I bring for entry?
A: Entry to the Event will be granted upon presentation of a valid Event Ticket at the Venue. Your Event Ticket can only be scanned into the Venue once and no pass outs (leaving the Venue and coming back in) will be allowed. A valid form of ID will also be required. For any patron under the age of 18 years old, a parent or guardian must attend the Event with them, this is non-negotiable.
Q: Where is entry?
VVIP & VIP – Entry is on the Lower Field on the Auckland Hospital side, off Domain Drive.
Premium GA & GA – Entry is on the Upper Field on Auckland Museum side, off Football Road.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: We recommend appropriate clothing and footwear be worn at all times at the Venue. Any person wearing no shoes, studded clothing, or other clothing items which pose a safety threat or may otherwise cause offense, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, may be refused entry or evicted from the Event.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: No pets allowed. However, assistance dogs are allowed at the festival. Please notify the event organisers in advance.
Q: What am I allowed to bring into the event?
A: Empty plastic or stainless-steel water bottles (no glass) and low fold-up camping chairs and picnic blankets (in GA only).

Q: Will water be available?
A: Complimentary water will be available via the multiple hydration stations placed around the festival site, so please feel free to bring an empty plastic or stainless-steel drink bottle to fill up throughout the day. There will also be bottled water available for sale.
Q: What should I do if I lost something?
A: All lost property will be taken to the Main Entrance gates and looked after by security during the Event. Once the event has concluded, please email synthony@synthony.com for any lost property queries and if the lost item has been found, items can be collected from the Venue, the following day.
Q: What should I do in case of an emergency?
In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of festival staff and security. Emergency exits and procedures will be clearly marked and communicated.
Q: What health and safety measures will be in place at the festival?
A Health and Safety Manager will be on-site to oversee the event risk assessments and ensure a safe environment for all attendees and staff. All employees and contractors must adhere to the event's Health and Safety guidelines.
Q: Will first aid be available on-site?
Yes, qualified first aiders will be on-site throughout the event, with a dedicated medical manager and two medical compounds including Crowd Care for any medical needs
Q: What security measures are in place?
The festival will have a comprehensive security plan, including bag checks at entry, on-site security personnel, and emergency response teams. Please do not arrive intoxicated or you may be prohibited from entering the event.
Q: What food options will be available at Mānuka Phuel SYNTHONY Festival?
Explore the Food & Drink Village – made even better with Pepsi! Mānuka Phuel SYNTHONY Festival will showcase a diverse selection of cuisine, featuring a variety of vendors curated by the Food Truck Collective (FTC). Enjoy an array of street food options, catering to different dietary preferences.
Q: Are there charging stations for phones?
Yes, phone charging stations will be available at designated areas. Fees may apply.
Q: Where’s the afterparty?
The official Mānuka Phuel SYNTHONY Festival will take place at Flare Bar, in collaboration with SkyCity.
